Can I access the datacenter myself?
Not for small footprints. 1U to 3U deployments are racked by our Remote Hands crew, and there is no direct floor access. For anything larger, ask sales what access looks like.
How much power is included?
2.5A per 1U is included. From 4U up, power is negotiated per 1U, and racks go up to 8.8 kW.
Is network connectivity included?
No. Colocation covers space, power, and cooling. Pair it with our IP transit, or cross-connect to any carrier in the building.
Which networks can I reach?
The building is carrier-neutral, with KINX, GCORE, Telstra, RETN, PCCW Global, and the major Chinese carriers on site. Cross-connects run to KINX Dogok, KINX Gasan, and SK Telecom Gasan IDC.
What if I need more than a few U?
Quarter, half, and full racks are quoted per deployment. Talk to sales with your power draw and we'll confirm space and pricing.
