Can I access the datacenter myself?
It depends on the plan. 1U to 4U plans have no physical access, and our Remote Hands crew racks the hardware. Quarter and half racks get supervised short visits, and a full rack comes with physical access.
How much power is included?
Each plan includes its own allotment at 220V, from 1.5A (330W) on 1U up to 12A (2.64kW) on a full rack. Extra power is $65 per amp each month, up to 60A per rack.
Is network connectivity included?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 1Gbps port, 10Mbps committed bandwidth at the 95th percentile, and a /29 IPv4 with 5 usable addresses. More commit is $1.50 per Mbps each month, and you can still cross-connect to any carrier in the building.
Which networks can I reach?
The building is carrier-neutral, with KINX, GCORE, Telstra, RETN, PCCW Global, and the major Chinese carriers on site. Cross-connects run to KINX Dogok, KINX Gasan, and SK Telecom Gasan IDC.
What if I need more than a few U?
Quarter, half, and full racks are priced like the U plans, from $259 a month for 10U to $759 for a full 42U rack. For more than 1Gbps or a 10G port, talk to sales.
How do I get started?
Contact sales with your footprint. We confirm space and power, you ship the hardware to Gasan, and Remote Hands racks it.
